Situated in the beautiful North Cotswold countryside, consisting of six 19th century barns that have been delightfully converted into comfortable, attractive holiday cottages and B&B rooms. They provide the perfect base to relax, take walks and explore the surrounding regions.

Where to Go...

Sitting less than 3miles away from the iconic market town of Stow on the Wold, the properties provide the perfect base to explore the areas including - Bourton on the Water (Cotswold's little Venice), Burford, Broadway Tower, Daylesford, Kingham and the larger historic towns of Stratford upon Avon (Shakespeare's Birthplace), Cheltenham, Cirencester and Oxford are all within easy access. 

Our Cottages...

Five cottages & three B&B rooms are located within the courtyard of the farm and sleep between 4 - 6 people, the largest is a short drive away sleeping 8. Despite the working farm, the cottages provide peace and tranquility. 

Child and Dog Friendly, the cottages have been purposely designed for open plan entertaining perfect for gathering friends and family (ask about discounts for multiple cottage bookings). Underfloor heated traditional stone and wood floors throughout provide comfort and practicality.

All the properties have a fully equipped kitchen, sets of towels and a charcoal BBQ. The Warren & The Oaks have disabled access to a downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

The farm sits on the outskirts of Icomb, a small historic village with a population of around 200. Within a short drive you'll have access to many acclaimed restaurants & shops, including: The Kingham PloughThe Wild Rabbit and Daylesford Organic Farmshop in Kingham, The Fox in Lower Oddington and The Old Butchers in Stow on the Wold. For stunning riverside walks, you cannot get better than Upper and Lower Slaughter, consistently in the top 10 most beautiful villages in Britain.
